Our parents were among the first Vietnamese
political refugees to immigrate
to America in the mid-1970’s.
With not much else besides
useless currency from South
Vietnam and age-old recipes,
they brought Vietnamese food
to the Puget Sound area. We
have always hoped to continue
that tradition. With the opening
of What the Pho! in Bellevue,
our wish to extend their legacy
and our desire to bring Vietnamese
food to a new region was realized.
We want to separate ourselves
from other Vietnamese Pho
restaurants by offering a
clean eating environment,
modern décor, fast,
friendly service, savory food
and a focus on the customer.
All for a reasonable price.
